We’re big skiers here at Seat at the Table. SATT Ski Week brings our long-table hospitality to the Alps: incredible days on the mountain, a signature long-table luncheon en piste, exceptional food and wine, spa sessions and nights of après-ski — with the eclectic international crowd SATT is known for bringing together.
All skiing levels are welcome — you don’t even have to ski at all. Come solo, as a couple or with friends.

What is SATT Ski Week?
SATT Ski Week is Seat at the Table's long-table hospitality taken to the Alps: two weeks in 2027, one in Chamonix and one in the Italian Dolomites. Think world-class skiing, long lunches on the mountain, exceptional food and wine, spa sessions and nights of après-ski, with the eclectic international crowd SATT is known for bringing together.
Which weeks are still available?
SATT Ski Week Chamonix is sold out. Email [email protected] to join the waitlist. SATT Ski Week Dolomites is now booking, but be quick, because places are seriously limited.
When and where are they?
Chamonix: Mon 25 – Sat 30 January 2027 at the legendary La Folie Douce Hotel, beneath Mont Blanc. Dolomites: Sun 28 February – Fri 5 March 2027 at the historic four-star Schloss Hotel Dolomiti in the heart of Canazei. Both are five nights with four days of hosted skiing.
What's included?
Five nights' accommodation, daily breakfast, a four-day lift pass, hosted skiing and après-ski, our signature long-table luncheon en piste, a spa experience, an SATT merchandise pack, SATT hosts throughout the week and a private guest WhatsApp group. In the Dolomites you also get dinner every evening, the Sellaronda circuit, a long lunch at Jimmi Hütte and return private transfers from Venice. What are the room options and prices?
In the Dolomites, a Double Room Package is €1,995pp for two guests, or €2,795 for solo occupancy. Chamonix packages were from €1,880pp. All packages are priced per person.
How do I book, and how much do I pay today?
Choose your room on our booking page. You pay a 50% deposit today; the Add To Cart price is your deposit. The remaining 50% will be invoiced to you 90 days before the trip. Booking individually? Each guest should purchase their own place and send us the names of their preferred roommates after booking.
I'm travelling solo. What are my options?
Solo travellers are wholeheartedly encouraged. You can book a solo-occupancy double, or ask to share: there will be a small allocation of double rooms in twin configuration, and we will pair you with another solo guest of the same gender. Please let us know after booking.
How do I get there?
For the Dolomites, our private SATT coach departs Venice Marco Polo Airport at 3:00 pm on Sunday 28 February 2027, about three hours to Canazei, and the return transfer leaves the hotel on the morning of Friday 5 March. Arrange flights to arrive comfortably before departure. For Chamonix, Geneva International Airport is just over an hour away by road.
Do I have to be a good skier?
Not at all. All skiing levels are welcome; you don't even have to ski. Our guests are both interesting and interested: curious, adventurous and always ready to meet someone new. Come solo, as a couple or with friends. As always, a positive vibe is all we request.
